Ok so we all start our kink collection somewhere. Mine started with these cuffs – Scandal Universal Cuffs. They were the very first set I ever purchased. I bought them online for a boyfriend I was dating at the time. We had never done anything kinky at all or anything with handcuffs really either, but I really really really wanted to start giving these sorts of things a try. I was so adorably clueless at the time.

I bought these because I loved the way they looked. They were non-threatening, pretty and were at a price point I was comfortable with. The other handcuffs looked more complicated or were too expensive for me at the time and I didn’t want to invest a bunch of money in a product in case it wasn’t something either of us liked.

When the handcuffs arrived I was so excited! I took them out of the package and tried them on immediately. I took pictures of me wearing the handcuffs and not much else and sent them to my boyfriend. He gave me instructions. I was to wear the handcuffs and nothing else and wait for him, kneeling in the center of my apartment living room, back facing the door. My hands were handcuffed in from of me and the cold metal rested against my upper thighs.

When he arrived, I was waiting. I could hear him open and shut the door behind him. He walked toward me, his steps getting louder and louder as he approached my naked body. His final step was right behind my feet, I could feel the heat of his body radiating against me as he stood so tall over my kneeling position.

He removed a blindfold from his pocket and placed it over my eyes. He whispered in my ear as he pulled away from me, “lets see how good you are in bed now that you can’t see me or use your hands”.

He pulled my hands upward and I knew he wanted me to rise to my feet. I struggled to stand but found my balance as he pulled me toward the bed. He placed me so that backs of my knees could feel the edge of my bed frame. He pushed me onto the bed and raised my hands above my head and kissed me hard.

These handcuffs are great because they are quick and dirty. They are super easy to just whip out and use. They are made of velcro so its an easy on and easy off.

The down side – the judgy looks you’ll get from any kink pro when you bust these babies out. I mean seriously though, fuck them for sticking their noses up at a product like this. We all have kinks that need to fit our budget. We all started somewhere.

These cuffs are great for beginners and pros alike. There are situations in which a long time kinkster might find these handy. Perhaps with a very bratty sub that needs to be quickly bound. These are quick, easy and the risk of harming someone with these is very low.

I still think they were a good purchase and they are in my toy bag always.
